The Wainwright Hotel at Heritage Park is a dining establishment offering food service throughout the seasons. It is also a popular location for weddings in Calgary. The primary scope of this project is to repair and replace the exterior envelope, doors, windows, frames and hardware, along with exterior sidewalks, stairs and handrails. The building will also be increased with an addition at the back of house to allow increased storage room for events.
