The Ace team can provide you with a thorough feasibility study as part of our site analysis and pre-design services that contribute to your project's success. We can then take the project through to a complete conceptual design while keeping the broader urban design implications in mind. 

ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES 
+ COORDINATION

We provide a complete range of services throughout all stages of a project including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and 3D visualizations. Our design process aims to create thoughtful and uplifting architecture while incorporating your project’s program, size, and budget. Our background in the development of technically innovative and elegantly crafted buildings is augmented by pertinent knowledge of municipal and code requirements. We understand the required efficiency and techniques necessary to design and construct within a variety of constraints. At the same time, we create architecture that is appropriate to its place and character of its neighbourhood; architecture of which the community can be proud. Finally we will ensure your project is fully coordinated with input from a variety of specialized sub consultants to prepare Development Permit and or Building Permit documents. ​

+ CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT 
ADMINISTRATION  

During the critical contract administration phase of your project, our core responsibility is to effectively monitor progress and quality and to support maintenance of the project schedule, including by providing timely review of submittals, shop-drawings and requests for information. We will carefully monitor and review the contractor’s schedule on a bi-weekly basis/at all site meetings, in an effort to assist in mitigating potential delays in a pro-active manner. We believe in the value of establishing a collaborative relationship with the contractor and working with them to successfully complete the project. Nearing the end of construction, we prefer to increase the frequency of site visits, so as to best address site conditions that arise in the crucial time period before occupancy.
