As project manager, Ty is responsible for supporting effective project delivery by ensuring that team members and stakeholders are engaged and coordinated on all aspects of the project. He works alongside the Ace team to define the project scope and establish timelines that are understood by all relevant parties. This comprehensive approach to communication and organization allows Ace to identify potential problems and work through solutions without impacting project schedule.
​​Ty is an analytical and focused designer that brings a broad breadth of experience to his projects. With an aptitude for problem-solving and a clear approach to communication, Ty is committed to achieving high standards of design. His architectural experience includes a focus on retail, industrial, and mixed-use project types. Prior to earning his Master of Architecture from the University of Calgary, Ty worked in commercial real estate finance, providing him with a unique perspective on the architectural process and a clear understanding of client objectives and industry metrics.
