He is highly dedicated to maintaining design intent while incorporating scheduling and fiscal constraints through all phases of a project. Kevin is a skillful, talented and highly motivated Architectural Technologist with more than 20 years of experience, focusing on a variety of  project types including Commercial, Residential, Multi-Family, Hospitality and Institutional. Kevin is adept at working through all stages of a project, from early design development and approvals processes through to construction documentation and on-site contract
administration.

Ty is an analytical and focused designer that brings a broad breadth of experience to his projects. With an aptitude for problem-solving and a clear approach to communication, Ty is committed to ensuring effective collaboration between project team members and adherence to high standards of design. His architectural experience includes a focus on retail, industrial, and mixed-use project types. Prior to earning his Master of Architecture from the University of Calgary, Ty worked in commercial real estate finance, providing him with a unique perspective on the architectural process and a clear understanding of client objectives and industry metrics.

Mason Benesh | Technologist

Mason is a passionate, and enthusiastic Architectural Technologist who graduated from SAIT, and is a certified LEED Green Associate. Mason is interested in innovative sustainability practices and has applicable experience through a Capstone project of designing an experimental urban farm. After joining Ace, shortly after graduation, he is able to implement and broaden his up-to-date Technology and Architectural skill set. Mason is a strong believer in the initial design remaining consistent through the entire building process, and truly being brought to life through careful Architectural detailing and problem-solving.
