Liam has over 15 years of experience executing a broad range of architectural project work that is both creative and critically engaging. He is particularly interested in the residential, senior living, recreational, and mixed-use realms where he can explore issues of placemaking, materiality, and constructability. He seeks to implement effective, yet inspired solutions. With a meticulous eye for detail, Liam finds a harmonious balance between practicality and usability while ensuring the client’s vision is realized beyond expectations. Liam is enthusiastic, reliable, and thrives in a collaborative team based environment.
​Liam, in his role as Project Architect, will oversee the management of design, communication, risk, procurement, cost, time, and quality. He will stay engaged to ensure efficient information flow and maintain thorough records and logs, demonstrating due diligence in decision-making and protecting all stakeholders in case of misunderstandings. His democratic yet process-driven leadership style will benefit projects by creating a structured but inclusive environment, allowing all project stakeholders and team members to express their needs and make decisions, while consistently advancing the project.
