Bryan believes the best design outcomes are born of stakeholders and collaborators understanding each other. If a voice is not articulated or listened to during the design process, then the outcome is less than it would have otherwise been. Obviously, this can be detrimental to creative and successful design outcomes. Bryan has developed a diverse portfolio of experience including healthcare, commercial, residential and industrial projects of various scales. As a professional he values involvement in the design of quality environments that help heal and enrich people’s lives.
​Bryan’s role as Project Architect will be to manage design, communication, risk,
procurement, cost, time and quality. He will remain invested to ensure efficient information
flow while maintaining appropriate records and logs to demonstrate due diligence in decision making and to protect all stakeholders in the event of a misunderstanding. This democratic yet process driven leadership style will directly benefit projects by facilitating a structured yet inclusive environment for all project stakeholders and team members to express their needs and make decisions for the project, while continually moving the project forward.
