Originally constructed in 1960, The Britannia is a landmark concrete multifamily residence in Calgary’s Windsor Park community. Distinguished by its graceful curved balconies and sweeping views of the adjacent golf course, the building has long stood as a recognizable architectural feature within the neighborhood.
ACE Architecture was entrusted with the revitalization of this iconic structure. Our approach carefully preserved the original architectural character while introducing modern efficiencies and enhanced functionality. Project highlights include the addition of three new residential units, a beautifully reimagined site plan, and a rooftop patio designed to offer tenants a serene outdoor retreat with unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape.
